Eufaula Lake

Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma’s largest lake, is located in southeastern region of the state with 105,500 surface acres and 600 miles of shoreline. Anglers from across the country come for the fishing tournaments to compete for largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, Kentucky bass, crappie, catfish, sandbass and stripers. Fishing is year-round with some docks enclosed and heated in the winter. Boating is popular also: houseboats, pontoons, ski boats, paddle boats, canoes—all of which you can rent on site.

There are miles of trails for hiking or riding a horse, bike or ATV, and hunting areas with deer, quail, geese and ducks. The Nature Center is a great chance to learn about all of the local wildlife. Two state parks at the lake, the Lake Eufaula SP and the Arrowhead Area at Lake Eufaula SP, offer picturesque, well-designed 18-hole golf courses.
